Travel required to support multiple locations within 75-mile radius of permanent address
Premium Pay Rates:
$7/hr premium for CNA/CMA positions
$10/hr premium for LPN positions
$15/hr premium for RN positions
$1.25/hour weekend shift differential
$1.25/hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
