Overview

In keeping with the Mission, Vision, and Values of Park Place, the LPN/RPN, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, uses the nursing process and applies nursing knowledge, skills, and clinical judgment in performing assessments, planning, implementing, and providing quality and person‑centred nursing care to Residents. The role operates in accordance with competency guidelines and the full scope of practice as outlined by the relevant provincial governing body’s practice standards, Code of Ethics, and Park Place policies and procedures.
