LPN - DSL

Bay Area Direct Client Care has 2 immediate positions availble for LPN in the Palmetto area.  This is a 2 year old with history seizures and Gtube in the family home.  There is a day and night time position available.  The night shift is 7pm-7am Wed, Thur, Fri with option to work every other Saturday.  Day shift position rotates from week to week ex: Thur, Sat, Sun and next week Mon, Wed, Thurs.  Rate of pay is $35/hr with weekly pay and direct deposit. 

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year LPN experience

Reliable transportation

Current FL LPN license

Current CPR card

Pass Level 2 scereening

Ability to lift 30 lbs
