Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time 3rd Shift
This full-time position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working the 3rd shift, from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The role involves rotating to different homes within the same campus. Candidates will be required to complete five consecutive days of daylight orientation before starting their regular shift.
Job Description
This position involves providing compassionate care to residents in various homes within the campus. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and documenting patient health status and vital signs, communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members, and participating in care planning and implementation.
