Position Overview:
The apprenticeship program is a collaboration with Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College school of Nursing. The apprentice will attend classes at the MGCCC Tradition campus two (2) days a week. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) apprentice provides nursing care under the direction of the registered nurse (RN), advanced registered nurse (APRN), or licensed physician which does not require the specialized skill, judgment, and knowledge of a registered nurse.
