Job Description
Functioning within the Health System’s mission, vision, values, policies and procedures. The LPN functions as a partner to the Registered Nurse with the goal of providing quality patient care. The LPN responsibilities include collecting data, implementing and evaluating nursing care. On-call response time within one hour required.
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure/Certification: Must have a valid unrestricted LPN license for the State of Ohio. Current BLS required. INTCC (Inpatient Nurse Trauma Care Course) and/or TCAR required within six months of hire.
Experience: One to three years’ experience specific to physician office practice or Health System preferred.
Skills: Must have excellent “customer service” skills, including the ability to exhibit patience and tact with all constituents including physicians, patients and associates. Must demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes and be “on call” per d...
