Loss Draft Representative (Tijuana)

The Loss Drafts Associate III is responsible for performing loss draft and property damage requirements, including processing documents, ordering and reviewing inspections, working loss draft queues, and evaluating exceptions. This role supports borrowers and contractors by providing detailed information on how to progress a claim file, de‑escalate calls and process complaints, and handle disbursement of claim funds.

• Follows standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks
• Responds to written and verbal customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Validates documents pertaining to claim
• Orders and reviews inspection results
• Requests claim funds when applicable
