We are currently recruiting for a Loose Items Administrator to join a busy automotive operation in Thurleigh. This is an office-based administrative role supporting the day-to-day management of vehicle-related items and ensuring records are maintained accurately within a fast-paced environment.


The Role:


As a Loose Items Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and recording loose vehicle items and accessories

  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

  • Supporting operational teams with administration tasks

  • Organising paperwork and vehicle-related documentation

  • Liaising with internal departments regarding missing or allocated items

  • Ensuring all information is processed accurately and efficiently
