Looking for help plastering and coating a wall surface

I'm looking for a skilled handyman to prepare and coat a wall in my living room. The project involves patching small holes, smoothing plaster, and applying a high-quality paint or plaster finish. I prefer a clean, dust-minimizing approach and am aiming for a smooth, uniform surface. Please include enough time for surface prep, multiple coats if needed, and any finishing touches like sanding between coats. Must be reliable, with basic tools and safety gear. I’m in a rented space, so I’d appreciate careful work with minimal mess and a quick turnaround.
