We are seeking an experienced Logistics Team Leader to join a busy operational team on an initial 6‑month contract.

This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for managing drivers, coordinating workloads, and ensuring delivery and collection services are completed safely, efficiently and within agreed service levels. You will oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, respond to customer enquiries, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

The successful candidate will have previous experience leading logistics, transport or fleet operations teams, with strong knowledge of vehicle compliance, servicing schedules, MOT requirements, insurance claims, driver performance and transport‑related regulations. You will be highly organised, confident managing competing priorities, and capable of making effective decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
