As a Shipping Officer at MKS greenfield organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the physical shipping operations of a Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW), ensuring smooth export of goods in logistics operations.
As a Team Leader, you will act as a logistics facilitator to ensure the activities of the Distribution Coordinators meet customer requirements in a timely and high-quality manner. Coordinate daily shipment schedules, carrier bookings, pick‑up arrangements, and shipping documentation (AWB/BOL, commercial invoices, packing lists) with internal departments and freight forwarders to ensure seamless and timely outgoing shipments.
Responsible for performing the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records of received goods, reject unsat...
