Location: Essex
Contract type: Permanent
Shift: Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00)

A well-established and growing organisation is seeking a proactive Logistics Specialist to join its Supply Chain team based in Maldon.
Key Responsibilities:
Review sales orders and coordinate inbound and outbound shipment bookings alongside Customer Service and Planning teams
Manage UK and export shipments via road, sea, and air freight, including groupage consignments
Create detailed loading plans to maximise vehicle and container utilisation
Maintain and update daily warehouse loading schedules, ensuring clear communication of any changes
Generate inventory picking instructions in line with shipment requirements
Obtain, compare, and analyse carriage quotations to support commercial decision-making
