Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to its fullest potential in order to facilitate the life cycle of an order.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer on‑time pick‑up and delivery expectations.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with carriers contracted to the account as well as other carriers operating in your geographical region.
• Review and correct inbound shipment data integrity (i.e., ISD).
• Conduct proactive analysis to prevent service failures.
• Develop, recommend, and implement cost‑savings and/or service‑improvement programs in support of the transportation strategy.
• Provide professional and timely communications.
• Identify patterns with shipper, receiver, and carrier performance and recommend actions for improvement.
