Logistics Project Specialist – Deployment

We are looking for a Logistics Project Specialist – Deployment to join our Supplier Onboarding & Tracking (CLTS.O) team and support the deployment of SAP S/4HANA and TCP across MAHLE plants and suppliers in the region.

In this role, you will lead supplier onboarding during system deployment , working closely with plants, suppliers, and external IT partners to ensure a smooth go-live and handover to SAP support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate supplier onboarding projects during SAP HANA & TCP deployment
• Prepare and analyze supplier data (PM, NPM/CAPEX, ICO, forwarders) per-plan
• Manage change communication and escalation processes with supplier
• Define and execute supplier onboarding and communication strategies
• Coordinate project activities with internal teams (Purchasing, IT, SAP Systems) and external partner
