Job Description
Manage/support various franchise-related projects (RI, Pick to Store, Replenishment/VMI, FTA)
Lead Materials Process and Logistics teams to deliver a coordinated and lean supply chain
Coordinate the resources and activities of the MP&L organisation to meet the production schedule within budgetary limitations and time constraints
Provide direction and support to the team’s GSR’s with regards to the allocation of manpower and other resources in order to effectively manage department responsibilities
Lead and direct the management of materials from the receiving docks, up to the point of use, through to the shipping docks
Support the Ford Production System and synchronous material Flow practices (card and call replenishment system, marketplace mgmt., live load/unload, container mgmt
Communicate on a timely basis and have a sense of urgency relative to issues that could negatively impact material flow/production requirements
