Our client in the Logistics Industry has a vacancy available for a Operations Leader. Position is based in East Rand. Salary: R15 000 - R20 000 pm depending on experience. POSITION INFO:

• Leadership

• Route planning & analysis
• PODs
• Fleet

Requirements:

• Matric / Tertiary education / relevant work experience
• Strong Leadership skills and experience
• Problem solving, decision making, proactive planning
• Extensive Courier industry OPS & Linehaul experience
• Freightware knowledge & experience
• Good interpersonal, communication & teambuilding skills
• Good relationship building (staff, customers, branches, suppliers)
• Admin ability / experience
• Valid driver’s license and own car (essential)
