LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will serve as a material coordinator for all nuclear material supply matters, maintaining continuing liaison with counterparts within the PSICP, HSC and other ILS program managers. You will be the point of contact regarding initial, interim and follow-on LCL supply support policy and procedures for nuclear reactor supply support to ships, submarine, nuclear training platforms and naval shipyards. You will ensure effective execution of PSICP functions beginning with up-front planning and continuing through disposal. You will review readiness statistics and other key system, equipment and platform performance indicators from all available sources to uncover trends and potential problems.
