LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

. Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound logistics activities in collaboration with outsourced logistics providers, including arranging transportation, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and coordinating with carriers and freight forwarders.

. Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Liaise and coordinate with customers, suppliers, internal departments, and third-party warehouses to facilitate smooth delivery arrangements.

. Obtain and provide freight quotations and shipping schedules to internal stakeholders.

. Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery schedules, shipment status, and shipping documentation.

. Ensure compliance with trade regulations by preparing and submitting applications for Certificates of Origin (COO) through the Singapore Chambers of Commerce and relevant authorities. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all documentation is compl...
