- Position: Logistics Customer Service Officer
- Location: Penjuru Lane (company transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm), Saturday (8:30am - 12:30pm)
- Salary: Up to $3,300 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Freight forwarding service
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients on daily operations including inbound, outbound and inventory matters
- Perform data entry and transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Handle order processing: receiving, put away, picking, packing, cancellations, etc
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including preparation for stock takes and audits
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone
