Role DescriptionThis full‐time, on‐site position is located in Mexico City, MEXICA, for a Logistics Coordinator.
The role manages the company'sUS domestic logistics operations, coordinating purchase orders, warehouse transfers, and inbound shipments to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
The coordinator works closely with suppliers, dray carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal production/material teams.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInbound Shipment Tracking & System Management (Visco & Portals)Update and maintain the Visco ERP system with shipment milestones (Master Bill of Lading, Container Numbers, etc.).
Monitor and update status in Visco ERP (At Source, In Transit).
