Role Description

As a Support Specialist, you will be in charge of performing tracking updates, providing breakdown assistance, logbook monitoring and enforcement, and handling any support issues on behalf of our customers. Following our specialized training and procedures using our technology to improve every aspect of our customer’s business.

Your role is vital because you are at the heart of our operations; the decisions you make will affect the overall success of not only our drivers and owner operators but our company as a whole.

• Handling support issues such as missing pick up/delivery numbers, track and trace, breakdowns, and any other issues that may arise during the life of the load
