- Executing correct shipping documentation

- Following up on shipments
- Approving shipping invoices for payment
- Tracking shipments ad-hoc (import & domestic) and reporting to stakeholders
- Tracking and reporting equipment delivery status
- Reviewing and approving invoices from carriers and freight forwarders
