Join our team as a Logistics Coordinator specializing in supply chain management. This detail-oriented role focuses on coordinating shipments and ensuring efficient material movement both domestically and internationally.
The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound shipments, oversee ocean freight imports, and coordinate rail transportation. You will interact with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments while monitoring risks and resolving any disruptions in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shipments across Canada, the U.S., and internationally
• Oversee ocean freight imports and logistics documentation
• Schedule and track rail transportation and local deliveries
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve issues
• Communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
