Logistics Coordinator (Chihuahua)

This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Coordinator role based in Chihuahua, CHH.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting import-export operations and managing all inbound and outbound shipments. Supports compliance with CTPAT standards, overseas documentation (BOL, POD, invoices), and coordinates AP logistics activities. Manages routing instructions, TMS control, premium freight, claims, and the flow of inbound material to maintain efficient and compliant logistics processes.

• Monitor and control premium freight expenses, ensuring proper tracking and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain forecasts for regular freight, expedited freight, warehousing, and duties.
• Ensure claims are properly generated, tracked, and closed with carriers and warehouse providers.
