Are you detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments? Join an established transportation and logistics operation as a Support and Operations Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring documentation and compliance are maintained for cross-border shipments. Must be bilingual (English & French)
**Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:** $24/hour
**Shift:** M-F 9am-5pm
**Location:** Onsite: Cambridge, On N3H 4E7
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process ACE/ACI e-Manifests using Border Connect for loads crossing into the US or Canada, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and process customs broker documents for US/Canada border crossings, meeting all customs requirements.
- Run regular reports via TMC system (OVISS) to track inventory and investigate terminal-level damages.
- Coordinate and monitor quarterly drug tests for Canadian Independent Contractors.
