Job Summary
The Logistics Compliance team which makes sure physical deliveries happen on schedule and compliantly. The compliance coordinator should have experience applying applicable trade compliance rules, regulations, and policies to manage compliant import/export operations around the world e.g., Americas, US, Canada, LATAM, APAC and EMEA. They should interact and influence at all levels throughout a large geographically dispersed company and strong negotiation skills are also important.
Responsibilities
- Provide project management and subject matter support for key business units with their strategic initiatives
- Work closely with crossfunctional team members including Legal and Tax to ensure imports/exports take place in a compliant manner
- Assist global team members to ensure timely clearance instructions are provided to customs brokers and problem shipments are addressed
