Role

The Logistics Administrator is a key team player within the 3rd Party Logistics team, responsible for proactively identifying, resolving, and reporting stock issues to the relevant departments. The role provides ongoing support to Stock Controllers and Site Planners and is also responsible for the maintenance and root cause analysis of EDI messages.

This is a part‑time position working a 2 on, 6 off rota pattern, consisting of 12‑hour shifts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor & maintain accurate inventory levels by regularly reconciling stock listings against holdings sent from external locations.
  • Process and root causing of failed EDI messages for all sites, raising issues & suggesting relevant areas for improvement.
