Job Description
Main Missions
- Lead and ensure production
- Manage flow: incoming flow, internal flow or outgoing flow
- Manage replacements and/or replace a member of the team at the station
- Plan logistics based on kanban, launch operations, customer pull lists
- Manage packaging movements in customer systems
- Lead the team and coordinate their missions to meet objectives
- Detect and solve common problems inherent to the job and ensure the correct solution is chosen
- Have by delegation, the authority to stop the expeditions in order to correct the quality problems
- Implement the corrective action plans associated and alert his/her hierarchy
- Organise and schedule the activity of his/her Autonomous Flow Team
- Assign forklift truck operators
