Job Description
High Five is representing a fast-growing AI data company operating in Indonesia, looking for an experienced. We're looking for a hands-on logistics lead to run day-to-day operations at our Tier 1 hub and coordinate equipment flow across our site network. You'll own receiving, kitting, distribution, and inventory tracking on the ground, working closely with the Head of Supply Chain on planning.
Responsibilities
- Run daily operations at the Tier 1 hub: receiving, kit creation, quality control, and dispatch, with accountability for 100% accuracy.
- Organize and guide the hub team's daily workflows, task allocation, and shift coverage.
- Coordinate with Tier 2 sites on resource allocation and distribution.
- Track national inventory levels and report status, risks, and gaps to the Head of Supply Chain.
- Lead daily coordination calls with regional sites; track KPIs and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
