Logistic Assistant

To manage stock room operations and supply chain activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, safe storage and handling of commodities, compliance with programme standards, and timely logistical support for effective programme implementation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for stock room inventory management, and supply chain activities in accordance with BNP and WFP operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock records, stock registers, stack cards, and other inventory documentation, ensuring timely updates and reconciliation of physical and recorded stock.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of SNF in compliance with BNP protocols, quality standards, and stock room management procedures.
• Organize and maintain the stock room to ensure orderly storage, proper stacking, adequate ventilation, and safe handling of commodities in accordance with occupational health and safety requirements.
