Job Description
Drive exceptional service as a Lodge Operations Coordinator at Greenstone Gold Mines, based in Geraldton, Ontario. Maintain high standards for lodge services on a 4 days on / 3 days off schedule.
As a key player in lodge management, you will report directly to the Administration Manager. Your responsibilities include overseeing contract performance and fostering relationships with contractors and staff. You will ensure efficient delivery of lodge services by monitoring operations and addressing issues swiftly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high-quality guest experience through contract monitoring
• Collaborate with teams for service delivery improvements
• Supervise lodge-related service issues resolutions
• Manage logistics for transportation and accommodation
• Conduct audits of lodge facilities and services
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in remote lodge settings
