Lodge Manager

This is a hands-on, all-rounder role suited to someone who thrives in a truly remote environment and can manage day-to-day operations across guest experience, staff, and administration with minimal support. The property comprises 7 luxury tents plus additional research and student accommodation, so the successful candidate will need to juggle multiple areas of responsibility at once.

Core Criteria:

• Previous experience in lodge management, guest relations, or hospitality operations
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Experience with reservations systems, Microsoft Office, and guest account management
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience with stock control and financial administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Valid driver's licence
