Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is currently seeking a Lodge Manager reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager; the successful candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day lodge operations. This position will be on a rotation basis 14 days on / 14 days off as required by the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and promote a positive safety culture while ensuring compliance with all Federal and Provincial licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and site‑specific statutory obligations.
- Achieve profit targets through effective operational and financial management, including participation in monthly forecasting and budget planning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and targets to support business growth and client satisfaction.
