The Opportunity

This ongoing locum opportunity for is perfect for an experienced GP looking to provide comprehensive primary healthcare to a well-established Aboriginal Health network around the Hervey Bay and Maryborough area. Working Monday to Friday from 08:30am – 17:00pm, there is no after hours or weekend work, however your working week may be varied across the different clinics or assisting the with the outreach clinic as well.

Although the final roster is not provided until you commence, across all parts of the service you will never be working alone as there will always be a nurse in support as a minimum. Best Practice software is used throughout the service and standard consultation times are a minimum of 20 minutes with longer appointments booked where required.
