Job Description

- Assess and manage patients referred for therapy independently
- Implement appropriate treatment plans and comply to clinical standards
- Provide timely review of patients in the continuum of care
- Document patient’s progress and records accurately
- Practice within areas of professional competence and seek clinical support from supervisor/other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy (recognized by AHPC)
- Strong communication skills and empathy in patient care
- Able to start immediately and commit for minimum of 3 months
