Locum Pharmacist #HGNJ

We are hiring Pharmacist to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

• Review prescriptions and dispense medications accurately in accordance with established guidelines
• Provide medication counselling and educate patients on the safe and appropriate use of prescribed medications
• Monitor medication therapy and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure proper storage, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and support daily pharmacy operations

• Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
• Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
