Job Description
ANDRITZ Finland HR is looking for a new professional team member, Local HR business partner , to strengthen the team. The job is a one-year temporary position.
As Local HR business partner you will work in close cooperation with ANDRITZ Oy community, managers, employees and HR. You give your expertise to people processes, talent acquisition, and other people and HR related matters. You will also support HR business partners locally in implementing the business strategy, strategic people and HR processes.
Location
of the position can be any ANDRITZ Oy location in Finland.
Responsibilities
- Support managers and employees in people and HR related topics (local employment topic like contracts, occupational health care, onboarding, exits etc.)
