Local HR Business Partner – Finland (1-Year Temp)

ANDRITZ Oy is seeking a Local HR Business Partner for Finland. The role supports people processes, talent acquisition, and HR initiatives across Finnish sites in a one-year contract.

Location can be any ANDRITZ Oy location in Finland, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, recruitment, and HR process implementation. Ideal candidates have HR experience (3–5 years), strong communication in English and Finnish, and IT proficiency (Office; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
