Loan Remedial Head

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Loan Remedial Head who will lead the strategy formulation and implementation of remedial management actions and contributes to the reduction of past due accounts and improvement of collection efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall past due reduction target by managing the bank loan portfolio, giving close attention to accounts with particular repayment schedule and warning signs of problem loans to ensure that the borrower pays on time according to the agreed terms and conditions.
• Develop loan remedial management strategies to support the bank target in past due reduction.
• Engage with priority clients to agree on a loan repayment plan with the main goal of preventing past due incidences and minimizing credit losses.
