Loan Processing Associate (Entry-Level)

We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented recent grads who want to break into the real estate and lending world. No prior mortgage experience required — just the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do (Hands-On)

• Work directly on real loan files from start to finish
• Review borrower documents (income, assets, credit, etc.)
• Help organize and prepare files for underwriting
• Communicate with clients to collect missing items
• Learn how deals are structured and approved
• Support the team in getting loans closed quickly and smoothly
