About the Role
As Supervisor, Loan Operations, you will oversee daily loan administration activities, ensure operational accuracy, monitor service level agreements, and support process improvements across a variety of loan products.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant loan processing throughout the loan lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Review credit agreements and loan documentation to ensure accurate setup and processing
- Oversee the full lifecycle of loan administration activities
- Monitor loan lifecycle transactions and ensure processing accuracy
- Investigate accrual, position, and cash breaks with Loan Servicers and Agents
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes
- Monitor client service level agreements and ensure timely monthly deliverables
- Maintain strong operational controls and continuously improve standard processes
