Job Description:
+ To assist Loan Officers in facilitating the completion of mortgage loan applications.
+ To collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process.
+ Serve as a point of contact for members, receiving and responding to member inquires to help them collect required information and complete any necessary documentation.
Basic Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support and Communicate with Loan Officers and Members
- Obtaining min required docs from Member to assist in approvability of the loan
- Working the loan from pre app to post app
- Calculate income, analyzing asset statement
