Job Title: Loadout Technician
Overview
The Loadout Technician is responsible for safely loading and unloading shipments while ensuring accuracy in documentation, product quality, and regulatory compliance. This role supports shipping/receiving, performs basic product testing, operates material handling equipment, and assists with plant operations in a safe, food-grade environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks, railcars, totes, and containers safely and efficiently
- Work at heights on trailers and railcars in all weather conditions
- Complete shipping/receiving documentation (logs, bills of lading, packing lists) accurately
- Perform basic lab analysis on inbound products
- Verify freight bills and shipment details
- Maintain cleanliness of the tank farm and truck bay
