Loading Bay Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for a Loading Bay Team Leader to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe – Llanidloes site.

As a Loading Bay Team Leader to provide support to the Loading Bay Supervisor to ensure, the effective and timely movement of carcases and finished product e.g. boxed stock onto the assigned refrigerated transportation with due consideration to safety, product quality and legislative requirements.

Shift pattern: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Deputise for the Supervisor in their absence. Accept responsibility and be accountable for day-to-day activities.
• At the direction of the Loading Bay Supervisor undertake a range of routine tasks associated with the movement of carcases, cut product and offal. Duties include stringing, scanning of stars and compilation of dispatch documentation.
