<p>Develop process improvements and upgrades of the Human Resources (HR) technology systems and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) including, planning, system design, technical design, configuration and implementation of complex HR technology systems.<br>Serves as the senior level business area subject matter expert for multiple HR technology systems and HRIS.<br><h3><strong><span>Key Responsibilities</span></strong></h3><ul><li><strong><span>Provide HRIS support and maintenance for UKG eTime / UKG Pro WFM across LATAM.</span></strong></li><li><strong><span>Quickly learn and understand the UKG eTime configuration currently deployed in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Argentina, and Uruguay (Phase 1 countries).</span></strong></li><li><strong><span>Partner with LATAM stakeholders to identify pain points and opportuni...
