Involves providing administrative/clerical and professional support for HR department regarding personnel, benefits and labor processes.
Lead or senior levels of these positions may:
- Handle escalated or more complex issues,
- Coordinate team activities or those of agency contract staff,
- Support supervisor or manager activities,
- Support the design, review and implementation of processes and procedures.
**General job description**
Under limited guidance, perform the following activities:
- Processes and maintains controls of HR programs and benefits (i.e. tuition reimbursement, pantry allowance, etc.).
- Compiles and reports statistical data regarding usage of HR programs and benefits.
- Serves as a liaison between benefit providers and HR Representatives on day to day inquires on their paperwork.
- Supports HRIS functions, People Soft, Requisition Control.
