General Job Description

Responsible for front‑line administrative tasks and coordination of operation, including data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities and local customer service. Majority of time is spent on office‑based activities.

Responsibilities

• Advise and offer FedEx products and services to customers to achieve sales objectives.
• Perform over‑the‑counter customer service, administrative and clerical duties with direct and indirect customer interface.
• Assist customers by tracing packages, answering questions regarding FedEx products and services, and providing over‑the‑counter and telephone service.
