The Livestock Operations Associate works under general supervision to handle customer service and administrative duties supporting Livestock Department operations including Livestock Insurance policy processing, claims processing.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Livestock Policy Processing
+ Perform accurate and timely livestock insurance policy data entry/issuance.
+ Process routine to increasingly complex livestock policy and endorsement requests, working with Underwriting when appropriate.
+ Validate agent licensing using internal systems manual procedures.
