Home Support Worker (Live-In)

Location: Cornwall, ON

Type: Full-Time – 30 hours/week

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate live-in Home Support Worker to assist a senior in a private household in Cornwall, Ontario. Accommodation is provided, including a private room within the home, with no deductions from wages. Meals are also provided.

The successful candidate will support daily routines and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and assist with daily routines
• Assist with mobility and light exercises (e.g. walking)
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain an organized living space
• Provide companionship and general home support
• Occasionally accompany employer on short trips within Canada to ensure continuity of care
