Live-In F&B Manager: Luxury Hotel Banquets & Ops

HotelJobs is seeking a seasoned F&B Manager to lead a fully operational F&B department in a luxury hotel or lodge. The role includes overseeing cost of sales, margins, stock controls, and coordinating banqueting and conferencing events.

This position requires 3-5 years of hands-on leadership in a 4/5-star environment, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with POS, PMS, and hotel management systems. Live-in arrangements may be negotiable.
